Refund policy
We want you to love your Beyond Pearls jewellery. Since every piece is handcrafted and made-to-order, our return and exchange guidelines ensure fairness, quality control, and a smooth experience.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Similarly, we have a 7-day exhange policy. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on international orders due to customs and shipping constraints.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us on WhatsApp(9953360000). Please note that returns will need to be sent to the business address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund & Return Policy
Domestic Orders
- We offer Credit-Back Guarantee on domestic orders above ₹5,000 and below ₹3 lakh, issued only in the form of Store Credit.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds are issued only after product inspection and will be processed as Store Credit to your Beyond Pearls account.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Orders Below ₹5,000
- No returns and no refunds applicable.
- All sales are considered final.
Orders Above ₹5,000 — Store Credit Only
Refunds for orders above ₹5,000 will be issued only as store credit.
- No monetary refund (Bank/UPI/Card) will be issued.
- Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- It can be used for any future purchase on www.beyondpearls.com
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
International Orders
- Returns and refunds are not accepted on international orders due to customs and shipping constraints.
- We ensure all international shipments are securely packed and quality-checked prior to dispatch.
- For any damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing proof (photos/videos). Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement within 15 days of delivery. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Product Received:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, subject to verification.
Non-Returnable Items:
- International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Custom-made, engraved, or solitaire jewelry above INR 3,00,000 are not eligible for returns.
- Orders below ₹5,000 are also not eligible for returns or refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange will be provided only if the product is proven to be defective or damaged on arrival.
- Customers must share a complete and clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
- The video must show:
- The sealed outer packaging
- Opening of the package
- The jewellery received
- The defect or damage clearly visible
- If approved, the product will be exchanged for a new piece of the same design.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the request has been approved. If approved, a 100% Store Credit will be issued to your Beyond Pearls account within 10 business days. Please note that store credit will be visible in your account and can be applied to any future purchase. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received the store credit, please contact us on WhatsApp: 9953360000. The Return process will take upto 10 days after initiation, we thank you for your patience in advance for the same.
