Domestic Shipping (India):
- Free Shipping on all orders across India.
- Orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
International Shipping:
- Shipping charges: INR 2,500 (flat rate).
- Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on location and customs clearance, typically 15-20 business days.
- Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
Important Notes:
- All shipments are insured for safety.
- Delays due to natural events, courier issues, or customs are beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for any custom duties/taxes on international orders.
Refund & Return Policy
Domestic Orders (India):
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all eligible domestic purchases.
Return Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all certificates and invoice.
- Not applicable on customized orders or solitaires above ₹3,00,000.
- Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Refund Process: After quality check, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Product:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.
International Orders:
- Returns and refunds are not accepted on international orders due to customs and shipping constraints.
- We ensure all international shipments are securely packed and quality-checked prior to dispatch.
- For any damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing proof (photos/videos). Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund within 15 days of delivery. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Category Values:
- Diamond & Gemstone Jewelry: Exchange and Buy Back values based on current market rates.
- Plain Gold/Platinum jewellery & Coins: 100% of gold/silver value at current market rate.
- Solitaire Jewelry & Loose Solitaires: Values based on current market rates up to INR 3 lakh.
Beyond Pearls Credits & Gift Cards:
- Beyond Pearls Cash - You can refund the amount to your last payment sources or bank account as the case may be.
- Beyond Pearls Credits - You can use it for a future purchase. The amount cannot be refunded.
- Voucher/Gift card - Based on the terms and conditions of the voucher/gift card (for e.g. one-time use vouchers, discount vouchers are not applicable for refund), the amount will be refunded back to the same voucher/gift card.
Important Notes:
- You will be required to visit the Order History page within 15 days of receiving the valuation to approve or reject the calculation.
- Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the exchange/buy back amount of the product.
- For Beyond Pearls products not bought from our official channels, additional deductions may apply.
Transit Insurance All goods will be fully insured by Beyond Pearls until they reach you, ensuring your purchase is 100% safe.
